An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Financial Services Administrator/PA working as part of a small team in an established Financial Planning firm, that is an appointed representative of St. James’s Place.

This is a hybrid role working from home and a home office based in Poulton, Cirencester

Flexible 3days-15/20 hours per week

Renumeration will be experience dependant

The role requires the following:

  • Administration experience essential 
  • Marketing and social media experience essential
  • Financial services background beneficial but not essential as there will be training
  • Excellent IT skills with Microsoft 365 and outlook
  • An excellent communicator who is confident to speak with clients and external providers on a daily basis  

The role includes supporting and managing the work generated by two Financial Advisers such as:

  • Arranging annual client meetings, pre meeting prep, and follow up meeting admin
  • Supporting the processing and management of new business and workflow using internal tools such as Salesforce and other platform software
  • Proactively liaising with providers, clients, and prospects, supporting any queries and managing timescales for work cases
  • Event management, Practice Marketing and Social Media management
