Congratulations to Emily and Warren from Vera’s Kitchen, Lechlade, who won joint first prize in the Channel 4 Four in a Bed competition for the best value B&B. Emily said: “We still can’t quite believe that we have come away from this experience as winners.” The program showed B&B owners throwing open their doors and taking turns to stay with one another – and pay what they considered fair for their stay.
Vera’s Kitchen operates as a café and juice bar by day and a tapas bar by night as well as having three rooms available for overnight stays.
