I help the leaders of commercial and not for profit organisations put together actionable marketing strategies and plans by understanding your growth goals and defining your current and potential customers/clients. I’ll be your outsourced Marketing Director, part of your Senior Leadership Team – all the expertise and knowledge without the full-time commitment and cost.

What Qualifies Me To Do This?
I’ve spent 25 years in a range of B2B and B2C organisations from entrepreneurial start up’s to large corporates working in all areas of marketing but always with strategy at the centre. I’m a Fellow of the Charted Institute of Marketing and take my professional development seriously as well as being a charity Trustee which keeps me on my toes!
Why Is This Important?
Tactics and channels (think Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google) continue to change so staying agile is important but don’t get too hung up on the latest ‘Shiny Objects’. Having a strategy – how to get from where you are to where you want to be – based on classic marketing principles is essential to ensure you understand your customers and achieve your goals.
