We are Debbie and Adam and two and a half years ago, we set up our own independent HR and People Development company.  It has been quite a journey; ramping a business through a global pandemic, pivoting our offerings, growing our team and all whilst learning along the way!
But we’re only just getting started… We’ve love what we do, and the last few years have reaffirmed to us just how critical it is for any businesses to get the best from their People.
