Lechlade Festival organisers have announced an exciting line-up of acts for this year’s 3-day festival, taking place over the late bank-holiday weekend from 26th-28th May.
After a hugely successful return in 2022, the family-friendly festival is shaping up to bring a fun and fabulous weekend of live music and family entertainment to the Riverside Park in Lechlade.
Ex-Spandau Ballet frontman Tony Hadley headlines on Sunday night, with 90s pop band D:REAM headlining the Renishaw Main Stage on Saturday. High-energy band Tankus the Henge make a popular return on Saturday night after wowing the audiences last year with a spectacular show.
Over 100 acts across five stages complete the line-up, with bands coming from far and wide to perform. A Cabaret Stage will feature comedy, magic, burlesque and international stars from musical theatre.
“We’re so excited about this year’s line-up,’ says Festival Director and founder Jennie Turner-Maskell, ‘every year the quality of applications and variety of acts goes up a notch. We’re in for another cracking year.’
Festival-goers will be also be treated to a wide selection of food stalls, alongside a shopping village of festival wear, jewellery, handmade items and more.
The not-for-profit festival is looking for more volunteers to help put on the event.
“We’re always short of pairs of hands to help,” says Jennie, “volunteers benefit from free tickets and camping, a team BBQ on Thursday evening, free t-shirts, food and drink and our undying gratitude! Anyone with a few hours to spare to help put up fencing, get the site set up or cleared up after the event, or to join the stewarding team over the weekend will be greeted with open arms.”

The Lechlade Festival team are grateful once again to local businesses for their sponsorship, including Gloucester based Renishaw Engineering, Swindon based companies GS Yuasa UK and The T-Shirt Studio and The Royal International Air Tattoo.
